Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, develop a calm and happy mind in the present moment. Let us “ Pause, Refocus, and Start Afresh.” Join us for a time-out from your hectic lifestyle to unwind, reset, and rediscover inner peace.

CHECK-IN: 8:50~9:25am (Please be punctual. Orientation will begin promptly at 9:30am)

OPEN DONATION: We welcome your kind donation to cover your meal, snacks, facility use, uniform cleaning, and general overhead. Please kindly bring your donation to check-in.
This is an in-person retreat
All instruction will be in English
**This is a silent retreat. Cell phone use will not be allowed--please leave it in your car or we will need to collect it at check in.
**A uniform will be provided and required for the duration of the retreat.
**A vegetarian meal will be provided by the temple.
